I can’t make myself use the word goddess. But this is a version of that creamy greenness. Works really well over salad or toss through zoodles.
1/2 and avocado
1/2 cup greek yoghurt
2 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup of herbs – parsley, basil, rocket (whatever you’ve got)
2 Tbs chopped fresh chives (optional)
one clove of roasted garlic (optional)
Blend into a lovely creamy dressing.
